Assistance with Investment Property/Motor Vehicles in France

I am in Australia and have an investment renovation property in France. It is owned jointly by myself & my ex-partner (in UK) and I need to get a valuation on it as we are in the process of selling. He has been dealing with a French agent who has failed to keep me informed of proceedings & I am dubious as to their reliability as they have been very inconsistent, having given me several valuations, all of which are lower than our original purchase price!
Understandably, relations between myself & my ex-partner are somewhat strained and I am therefore not satisfied that he will be fair in this matter, so I need to find someone here (agent/solicitor?) in Australia (preferably in Perth/Western Australia) who is able to act on my behalf.

As if this isn't complex enough, I also have a motorhome and car (UK number plates) on the property, both of which are in my name only, so I need advice on how to go about selling these!

I would greatly appreciate any assistance in this as all my research so far has been unsuccessful.

If two or more owners cannot agree on what to do with a piece of property they may petition the court and the court will order a sale or refinancing etc. so that the one or more may get out of the property obligation and/or the other(s) may keep it etc.--it is often done-- (This is true in some cases even for equitable owners that have paid various amounts etc., but for various reasons, may not be on title.) You could threaten to take this action if need be. It may cause compromise
