Red Face Question on incorporation! :)

There is an really high potential that I will be working with a customer in China for 8 months. We are looking to sign a contract within 2 weeks.

Question:
1. Should I incorporate a company out of the US to run this work through?
2. If yes, where do you suggest?
3. If no, what taxes would I have to pay in the US for this international work?
