A large European retail chain clearly stole our design and is currently selling the product in it's over 900 retail locations. We are a U.S. wholesaler of premium headwear and sell to over 75 retailers worldwide, in all the same cities as the large Euro chain. Our logo is not registered, however it is well known and active in the same markets. The copied hat is an identical match to a graphic design and fabric we released, absolutely identical, and our logo appears on the hat.
Can someone please provide me with some direction as to the steps necessary to enforce a cease and desist and pursue financial compensation for the stolen design? Please let me know if any other specific info would help you to give better advice. THANKS |
