auto insurence wont pay me
i had a car accident past summer, during the accident i was found guilty, i got a lawyer (which sucked bc he only showed up on one of the hearing, on the next hearing he was in jail for stealing his client's money) well on the first hearing i was found guilty, i appealled, then on the second hearing i was found innocent, now i submited the claim when everything started, his insurence denied the claimed, i resubmited the claim witht he court paper work sayin i was innocent and still denied the claim, is there any way i could get his insurence to pay what they own me for pain and suffering?

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior...
