Unhappy PLEASE HELP ME!

My mother recently died and had a life insurance policy from state farm which she bought in 2001. She recently made some changes to this policy! The cause of death is listed is acute pneumunia with extra circumstances. She had high levels of oxycoton in her system which caused accidental overdose! Will state farm deny us our money because of this? Please help any info would be appreciated.

Normally no if the policy has been in effect that long. But if they suspect suicide and the policy amounts were raised etc., you may have an issue--and you should have legal counsel review the policy.
