Default divorce to protect assets

i am 60 with quad bypass, state insurance pool is 13oo, a month just for me,,i have some assets, my wife will agree to a divorce i will give her all my assets, she is very trustwrothy, then if i go into the hospital again will i be suit proof> just like a medicade. i dont qualify for. can a provider go after my future social security check at 62?

No--that is normally exempt from collection efforts.
