insurance refuses to pay
my property was damaged at a local bank and i put in a claim with their insurance company. first they said they wanted to settle, now they say they are not responsible, i need to contact the general contracter that they hired. the whole time i have been ignored and given the run around, they wont even give me a claim number. now they say go ahead and try and take them to court. HELP.HELP.HELP.
i just want my motorcycle fixed. what should i do |

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you incurred.
