problem
This insurance has denied receiving mail from several sources besides me all pertaining to my claim but there is proof of this fact. The Missouri Department of Insurance Consumer Affairs Director said Insurance companies can not be prosecuted because INTENT can not be proven for the lies , fraudalent statements and other actions. This same person told me that if I did this I can be PROSECUTED.
WHY??????? |

You can sue and try to prove what happened. You can subpoena records and take testimony that would likely prove what you say.
