Default Broken Window on Golf Course

If an errant golf shot breaks the window on a house, is the golfer responsible or does the property owner fall under the assumption of risk for building on a golf course?

Default Re: Broken Window on Golf Course

The home usually needs to have glass to withstand that if built right on the course. You can try to sue but most courts will say assumption of the risk!
