DUI driving parent's vehicle- Please help
I got my first DUI on Friday evening while I was driving my dad's van. I blew a .10, the legal limit is .8... it was an unexpected checkpoint. My dad has insurance on the van, but I'm not aware whether or not I'm covered. I need to get a copy of an SR-22 and have no idea how to do so. I'm trying to keep my parents uninvolved until I can figure some of this out on my own. I don't even know what my best options are to get my license reinstated. Please help with advice! Thanks

Hire DUI counsel immediately--you do not want to handle that by yourself.
