I know that Homeowner's liability pays for legal defense but does it cover fraud causes of action?
If the Defendant loses, does the liability insurance cover judgements when the actions were not unintentional? Does liability insurance cover judgements of emotional distress? What if the complaint involved both Negligence and Intentional Fraud. Does the Insurance Attorney defend the entire lawsuit? |

They will not cover for purposeful fraud--but you can sue them if you disagree that it was fraud.
