Idaho- I signed a FMAL form I that wanted the insurance canceled upon my leave to have my baby. My employer paid the insurance for two months following the month of my leave and charged me the premiums. The Employer never contacted me and states that because the doctor unknown to me submitted a bill to the insurance that I am responsible for premiums.
If I had wanted it paid I clearly would of wanted my new born baby added to cover her birth cost...they claim they gave me a "loan"to cover the premiums but never added the child which does not make sense to me. IF I wanted the insurance to continue I surly would of wanted the child covered also. I asked them to take me to court and instead they sold the claimed debt to a credit agency. Any advice on how to continue with this ! |
