Stolen car with insurance and I'm in deep trouble

I had my vehicle listed online and was contacted by a guy wanting to purchase it. After several days of chatting with him we came to the conclusion that he would pay off the vehicle and I would give him the difference of what I was asking and what was owed on the vehicle After much conversation with him and my bank on conference calls to get account numbers and what not he claimed that he had wired the money into my account. I met him and was given a bill of sale with what I would later find was false information. Over a period off the next two day the guy claimed that he was having trouble with the wire and that he would get it cleared up. Then he disappeared.
The police department has been no help in this matter. All they have done is try and contact the guy at the number I could contact him at and to no suprise he is not answering. My insurance company called me today and stated they have a clause that does not cover anything that has to do with the sale of a vehicle! I have no car and $29,000 worth of debt now. What do I do? Thanks in advance.
