Auto Insurance Agent Lied to Me

She lied right to my face. She told me in person that $60 was all I would be paying for the month of October. I signed-up that month. I stressed to her that that was all I could afford. She assured me that that was all I would pay for the entire month of October. I didn't read all the paper work because I had to reason to assume she was lying to me, so I gave my signatures. This was on the 14th.

I then got a call on the 28th with a message that I owed $93, due by the 28th. I called the company and spoke with the manager about this. For the first time on the 28th, I looked at the paper work, and saw that I gave my signature to the affect that I would pay $93 on the 28th. I couldn't believe it.

When I signed-up I had no reason to read all the paper work. Who does? That would take an eternity. I had no reason to assume she was lying to me, so I had no reason to read it all. But it turns out she totally lied to me, and was dishonest and corrupt.

What can I do? What are my rights?

I am willing to state this under oath in a court room, and submit to a lie detector test.
