Confused Third Party Liability (Owner vs tenant)

Tenant's property was damaged due bursting of chiller water pipe and caused water to gush into tenant's premises. Tenant is claiming for repirt cost and stack damages.





does the tenant has the to demand for the losses or damages suffered?
