Hello,
In the beginning of this year I had involved in car accident, where I was a passenger. My insurance company did not pay any pennis since that. Additionally I invited for Examination Under Oath (EUO). I get tired about all examinations and assessments, which came me back in time of accident. Can I deny in EUO participation? Anybody knows what is it exactly? |
