Default Question about 51/50

Am I obligated to pay a co-pay for the following? I was placed on a 51/50, considered a "danger to self". I was considered suicidal, though blood and urine tests backed up my statement that I had not taken anything such as sleeping pills or drugs or alcohol, and had made no attempt at suicide.

Forcible ambulance transport to local ER
ER procedures and forced evaluation
Forced ambulance transport to psychiatric facility
Forced hold in psychiatric facility

At the ER, my blood and urine tests came back negative for any drugs or alcohol, and I asked to be released, but was refused. I do not feel I should have to pay any insurance co-pays for procedures I did not want, or hospital stays I was forced against my will to endure.

I just wondered what my rights are here, and if I am required to pay these co-pays for unwanted services. Thank you.
