Exclamation Still represented?

Hi,My girlfriend was involved in an accident which was not her fault about one year ago.Although neither her car or the vehicle that struck her were damaged more than a scrape, the people in the other car are now claiming all sorts of injuries(they have claimed them for some time). We met with the attorney for the Insurance company who sees no problem because the people have no receipts, etc. The problem is that my girlfriend moved recently and her mail did not follow in a timely fashion so she has since been dropped by the insurance carrier (for not filling out a questionairre form, not for non-payment of premium). My big question and what is upsetting us both is this:Will the Insurance Company still represent her(Her policy was paid up and up to date during the time of the accident and has been up until today when she received the notice that she had been dropped).I thought Yes,as did she,but we need more reassurance then our thinking that we are right.Any help with this would be appreciated and take a load off of our minds. In case it is relevant, she lives in Philadelphia,Pa.and did so during the time of the accident as well.Thank you.

Default Re: Still represented?

Yes, the insurer is addressing the issue that happened while she was insured.
