I could use your help!!

Seeing as I am a Pro Se litigant I need all the help I can get. My $80 1100 page Rules of Civil Procedure lacks the “I have a question about that paragraph” answer kit.

I filled my prescription at ABC Pharmacies and instead of placing drug Y in the bottle they placed drug Z in the bottle. I had a stroke that destroyed my life. I sued but MAYBE my former council was paid off and the trial was a scam.

The lawyer for ABC presented fraudulent documents, solicited perjury, etc. it was fraud on the court. My former council being zero help and no lawyer willing to take up a lost case meant I would have to do it, Federal Court.

I want waste your time so we move 6 months ahead. I made quite a few procedural mistakes but Federal Courts are forgiving with us Pro Se folk.

I ended up with leave to file a Motion for New Trial. I did and ABC filed a response. I than filed a response proving ABC broke dozens of laws including 8 counts of Fraud upon the Court. I found out a few hours ago that I was granted a new trial by the judge and he ruled that there was Fraud upon the Court.

Not sure what to do. Do I file the old lawsuit again?
