Dissolution/apportioning liability to same party twice
what does a corporation become upon dissolution? pls. give cites.
also, can civil liability be apportioned to an employee and to a corporation if the employee was the sole person in that corporation?Can it be counted twice for the same thing? I already know someone cannot be compensated for the same injury twice. pls. give cites in IL. |
