my husband got hurt at work lost his middle finger and frectured his ring finger can we sue. if so who do we sue and how do i get help in doing so.

It is certainly possible you have a case based on what you say here; you should take a brief description of these events as well as your medical records to an injury and workers comp attorney and see if the attorney thinks you have a claim; often you need to contact several attorneys to find one to take the case; the review of your case and records is often free and then they will normally take the case on a contingency fee basis if they think you can win; you would pay only if they collect for you...

i had a similar thing happen to me using a circular saw at work i was advised to see a solicitors. i used a Uk company macks Solicitors the were really helpful and i got it on a no win no fee basis so i definitly recommend them to you. there site is www.mackssolicitors.com
