Personal injury claim

I was travelling to Bombay(India) from Goa(India) in a volvo bus. Suddenly a person passing in an ongoing vehicle threw a stone at the windscreen and the stone broke the windscreen and came and hit my eyebrow creating a deep cut which had to be stiched at the hospital. Now I am left with a scar for the rest of my life and it was god who saved my eye. I have got the pictures of my injured eye and also a police complaint for proof. I would like to know how can I claim compensation from the Volvo company as their winscreens should be laminated and thus these busses are not fit for tavel. Please advice

You can sue the bus company that was operating it. Suing Volvo would be a bit more complex and likely not worth doing without serious legal counsel.
