Default worker's injury

Utility worker in customer's yard to perform electrical work as requested by neighbor. Homeowner holds him at gunpoint threatending to shoot him. Is there a case and if so, against whom, the homeowner or the employer?

Default Re: worker's injury

The homeowner has committed a serious crime and you should inform the police.
