long term disability
My brother worked for a company who has benefits which he paid into. He had to have open heart surgery and was put onto long term disability. This was two years ago. They recently change companies for the benefits. My question is they have said he now has to pay all of his premium payment (employee pays half and employer was to pay half) They also said they may drop him. Can they do that? He is still an employee but on long term isability. Thank you

If he had or relied on any agreement they may not be able to make any changes.
Hve legal counsel briefly review his situation and further advise you. |
