do i have a case
i work for a landscaping business everyday i am put with people that get high in the truck,i do not like it and one of the people is my foreman he said if anyone tells he will kill someone he is not the only one that does it i am tired of going to work and being around that my employer knows there is a drug problem yet he does nothing the smoke makes me sick i get really bad head aches that last a few days can i sue my employer

Inform the employer, and the police if need be. You do not have to put up with that at all. They cannot legally retaliate against you or you may sue.
