Hurt at the casino in another state

I was at a hotel at the shuttle waiting for the hotel shuttle bus. I am handicapped had a stroke two years ago, suffered right side parasis. The person I was with was in a motorized scooter- there was no area for handicap access (doors). So, the motorized scooter got stuck in the door, patrons were trying to lift and push the scooter while hurrying out this one single door that was not supervised or handicapped accessible. I was holding the door. All of a sudden the scooter was detached from the door and came at me, I tried to run but was struck by the scooter on my left side then the scooter ran over my left foot. I was in pain- the hotel took pictures of the scooter and where it was at by the the shuttle on their property. They also stated it could have been a scooter malfunction, which the scooter was rented out at one of their hotel locations. I was taken to the ER where they only evaulated my ankle, saying it was severely sprained given crutches and a air cast. They did not look at my leg or knee which has been in pain ever since, the hospital told me to see a orthopedic doctor in 3 days and the casino gave me a claim number. Who is responsible for the hospital visit, other doctor visits and any other pain that has happened due to this accident? What can I do? Thanks

Both the hotel and the scooter operator can be joined in any legal action you may file.

I think you must consult the personal lawyer or Injury lawyer.

I think you should meet some expert professional for this, you didn't have any fault in this. You are able to file a lawsuit against them.
