injured at work the boss gave me a good new job that i could cope with
Next boss changed me against my doctors advice . promised me a funded job that I coped with . 2mths later changed me again . against the doctors advice. Now after placing me in a hard job she is changeing me again . This time to afternoon shift . But when placed in this job I filled in the job application of acceptance for day shift only . Her reply to this is they didnt receive it even though i have the copy she said did i have a wittness that i posted it this was in 2003 . Yea sure I always post things with wittnesses . Is this legal . If this is not a free area that I ask this question then do not answer as i have no money. out of work because of them since april'

You could consult your nearest Department of Labor office to briefly discuss the issue with them first...you may also want to ask the company to put what is happening in writing and explain to them that you may have attorneys review the situation...try speaking to a higher level of management about the issue; they may override the other managers. If none of these efforts resolves the issue, let us know.
