Default Personal injury calculator

I am a mathematician who works in software. One of my hobbies is making online calculators:

Someone pointed me at Personal Injury damages calculations.

So I made a calculator that can convert a yearly damage into a total sum. The calculator takes aggravated damages, loss of income, extra costs, taxes, inflation, and interest into account. Moreover the calculator can also handle changes in the yearly damage, for instance due to retirement or due to a further worsened health several years after the injury.

So this calculator might be handy for making initial estimates of personal injury damages: http://www.numericalexample.com/content/view/47/36/

It’s very difficult to keep a cool head after an auto accident. Gathering evidence, talking to witnesses on the scene, taking photographs and taking down important information is the last thing you want to deal with following a jarring and perhaps traumatic event. However, if you want to make sure you are covered, and ultimately compensated, for all of the damage done, you will need to keep track of the facts, the paperwork, and the people involved.
