RSI work-related injury but WCB rejects the claim

Hello,

I have sustained a work related injury. To be exact it is a repetitive stress injury which resulted through the repetitive actions with the computer mouse/typing while my right hand was pushed far right and forward and stayed in this awkward position for many hours per day for the last year. I am located in the city of Calgary, the province of Alberta, Canada. Our Alberta Workers Compensation Board considers it to be an injury not related to my work. Could you recommend a lawyer in Calgary who has successful experience in dealing with disputes like this?

I wish to inform you that you may contact Law Society of Alberta and can have list of lawyers dealing in workers compensation. In this you may refer to decision of past cases to know about performance of a lawyer. You may further discuss terms of compensation which are mutually acceptable to you.
