I really need some advice

I'm not exactly sure what legally this falls under but here it goes. I currently work at McDonalds in NC. I am only 16 and on May first i was working with an older lady whose was in the kitchen, in a middle of a rush i told her to hurry up and she flipped out. She said how dare some white boy tell her what to do. My manager was present when she flipped out and said nothing. Now the lady began to threaten me, telling me that no one was going to disrespect her and tell her what to do and that i was going to get taken care of. Now cell phones are banned in McDonalds. But in front of my manager and i mean right in front of her the lady got on the phone and said that they needed to get to the store before 10 because she had someone that they needed to get taken care of. Now she got off the phone and continued to threaten me. She continued to say how i was gonna get my ass kicked and just on and on, again in front of the manager. Now i told my manager to write her up for threatening my and my manager refused. Later that night another manager came in and as soon as he came in the lady ran up to him and told him that i disrespected her and that she called someone to come and take care of me. Now there was a witness who said that the manager just looked at her and said, "do what you have to do, i'm not taking a hit for anyone" Now this is a manager who said this. Well about a quarter till 10 a big group of black people rushed into the store and came Behind the counter...(there was no door its just a open space to get behind the counter) Now i had my back turned and i was makin a fry....now the female manager got between the group and i and told them to leave. So they did and i guess all except for one. Now the two managers left the front and one went and talked to another employee about what happened and the other just laughed..(its all on camera). Then i went to make a sundae and next thing you know i was on the floor. I had got cracked in the head twice by one guy and then an employee opened the doors(they were locked) and let the others in...so behind the counter i was assaulted with no manager to be found. I got off of the floor and walked to the office and called the police while the managers basically just stood there and did nothing. Now rumors are rumors. But i was told that i had the right to sue McDonalds because of the way the situation was handled and the prior knowledge of a manager knowing what was going to happen and because the managers didn't call the police or do anything for that matter. Now i didn't break anything but i have to have surgery on my nose because of the accident. So based on your opinion is it worth suing?
