Default Rear ended at work, not at fault.

About 3 weeks ago, I was rear ended by 2 cars in my mack truck. I suffered a lower back in injury at the belt line, that makes my left leg hurt. The pain till this day still hurts! I cant sit down for more than 20 mins, with out a back brace and pain meds. I'm currently on workers comp being treaded. I have not slept well in over 3 weeks. I'm suppose to receive a pain and suffering settlement. Im wondering what a fare figure would be to settle for. and how should i settle my worker comp claim.

I wish to inform you that the settlement agreement depends to a big extent on the bargaining power of the parties. In this regard, you may include the amount of compensation which includes your lost wages, medical expenses and compensation for your pain and suffering which will be based upon your bargaining power.

Insurance sector your claimed amount depends on how smartly you are capable to extract your amount from insurance company. I requires lots of investigation of the case too.

Would he be better off to have representation by a lawyer? Do you have a lawyer that is helping you or are you representing yourself? I wouldn't accept any settlement without talking with a lawyer first.

The best, most accurate advice, will come froma personal injury lawyer in your county for they can assess the value of the damages you suffered, inspect the medical records, can forecast the cost to cure along with the expert medical doctors they know and also have access to jury awards in your state.

A personal injury lawyer's assessment of the value of your claim should be worth a lot more to you than strangers who are not privy to any of the above information.
