The other day I was at Monroe Muffler getting a tire rotation and oil change. After I left Monroe my rear driver side wheel proceeded to completely leave the axle of my truck and wedge in the fender well since they forgot to tighten the lug nuts of the that wheel. They offered to fix some stuff on my truck for just the cost of the parts, plus a replacement wheel for free, however I really don't feel comfortable having them working on my vehicle any further. Though no one was hurt I am curious as to know if this would be a legitimate case to pursue since it could have easily resulted in tragedy.

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior... You may also report them to your state attorney general's office.
