Confused Foreign Obj in Salad.

I bought a salad from Subway, when I ate it I bit down on what turned out to be a small rock of some sort, It has really hurt my teeth and I am in a lot of discomfort.

What is the recommended recourse on this matter?

I have kept the rock and my work collegues were witness to the fact it was in my salad.

What should I do?

You can ask them to pay for a dental exam or damages; make sure you are 100% accurate as it is a crime to even exaggerate the issue.
