fell on my neck at work, what do i do?

while at work i went to use the restroom outside of the dispatch office and the floor of the door frame was rottened out from water damage. the metal kick plate slipped from under my foot and i fell out the building about 3 feet missing the steps but i landed on the back of my neck on the cement. i went to the company doctor and he never even addressed my comlaint of pain saying that it just might be a bruise. he released me to full duty but i work nights alone and there is no way i could do my normal duties. i was told to stay home for a few days but since monday the 28th when this happened i have slept about maybe 15 hrs because i have to keep moving because my back and my neck starts hurting. today im going back to the company doc because my doc said he couldn't deal with me because of workmans comp. what do i do if the company doc doesn't examine me again? your expertise is much appreciated in this matter because i am beginning to experience different pains than i originally had on day one.

Your HR Dept should have you see a doctor again ASAP. Call them and tell them to arrange the visit.

You are also free to see your own choice of doctor and to get an opinion on what if anything is now the problem, injury etc. Then you can consult with your company further.
