daughter hurt in car wreck
My daughter, 21, was in a car accident and refused to go to the hospital from the scene. Her neck was hurting the next day and has steadily gotten worse. She has no insurance. Can she go to the hospital and have the boys' insurance pay? How long does she have to go to the hospital after the accident?

She can get a medical opinion that the accident has caused the injuries and then she can sue him in small claims or other court if he will not pay--or his insurer will not do so.

A boy must to pay for injured. If he will not pay then she can sue him in court.
