Qmy father retired to the coast and within a week was taken seriously ill he has since been diagnose with dimensure due to bleeding on the brain we have just found out from his ex employer that he suffered a blow to the head from a collapsed roof which they were repairing but he has lost 12 month of his life and cant remember the accident but the specialist as asked us if he had a head injury around the 12 month mark in which he lost his memory and this is when he supposed to have had the bump with his employer what do you suggest and do you think we will have a claim

It is certainly possible you have a case based on what you say here; you should take a brief description of these events as well as your medical records to an injury attorney and see if the attorney thinks you have a claim; often you need to contact several attorneys to find one to take the case; the review of your case and records is often free and then they will normally take the case on a contingency fee basis if they think you can win; you would pay only if they collect for you.
