Hotel Injury
My daughter was cut on her back from a broken tile in the pool. When we got home a couple days later I had to take her to the doctor and get antibiotics as it was infected. She also required a tetnus booster shot. She is 11 years old. Do I have a case?

Yes you do for the costs you incurred but probably not much more unless severe damage/ injury remains.
