pa law I was injured when I reached into a van to get my backpack and the driver pulled off not realizing I was still getting my things. It was his fault. I live in transitional housingand he was driving a agency van. I am at the mercy of the nurse at our house. I was told to get a follow up visit at the ER. My back and neck are killing me, I have shooting pains down my legs, and I have a headache that started when I got hurt that has not stopped. What if I cannot get therapy until I lea e this house which may be 7 more m onths. The nurse may not take me for a follow up visit. What do I do? Whio can I sue?

Very sorry for all you have been through here. In Pennsylvania, the statute of limitations for filing a personal injury case is two years from the incident. The bottom line is that you should not go it alone. You need to speak with a plaintiffs' trial lawyer, and WLD can provide you with referral information. Just go to their main page and contact them. It is important that you act as soon as possible. Hope all works out for in this matter. AJJ
