Still worth pursuing claim?

I had an accident back in July last year, as a result I was off for three months

I have been told soft tissue injury to thoraco lumbar spine, neck, shoulder, leg, and sciatica

Please note date is wrong.

Is physician in these notes saying I was injured as a result of accident? I have been through a lot with stress mainly because employers demanding records, blaming things from birth which never had a back injury before etc and is this a serious or moderate injury.

Now I know recovery etc more relaxed.
