I did not want lawyers in my divorce case either, so i went to a paralegal and for a pretty cheap fee (about a $100.00), they wrote up a "stipulated judgement". This is an agreement between you and your ex husband and all the facts are stated in this judgement such as custody, child support etc. then you both sign these papers if you agree to all terms and they send them into the judge and then the judge signs them and you get your copies signed by the judge mailed to you.
