How much money does a personal injury lawyer make in Ohio?
The statute of limitations ran and you have no case if no lawsuit was filed. I'll bet your lawyer sent you a quit letter by certified mail. It doesn't matter whether you opened it or claimed it. This is what we have to do when our client flakes out on us like you did.
