I was injured playing flag football at a local facility. I completely tore my Achilles Tendon. I asked for a splint to immobilize my leg and they told me they did not have anything like that. I asked for some cardboard and tape and had to make my own splint. Later a worker at the facility told a fellow team mate of mine that they did in fact have medical splints but were instructed not to use them. I did sign a Release and Waiver of Liability, but can they still be held liable?
