injured in mall bathroom
my husband entered a mall bathroom and there was water all over the floor.He fell and hit his head on a urinal,causing a concussion,memory loss,and other neurological problems.The insurance co.has paid our bills so far,which include several mri's,cat scans and other x-rays.Can we sue the mall for not keeping the area safe for people to use?

You can yes if the area was one that should be dry and there was no post or sign or one of those yellow warnings etc. See an injury lawyer, or two to discuss.
