workcomp
my husband just had surgery for rotor repair, scapula, removed some of the collar bone and tried to repair his bicept tendon. This was from the work he does at his job. Workcomp finally gave the ok. His Doctor said NO movement of the right arm, but he is afraid of workcomp so now he tells him to go back to work after 2 weeks when he first said 3 mos maybe longer. He is still on pain meds, its a liability for him to drive and he works in a factory. He has to wear an apparatis for his arm. I have to dress and undress him. Does he have the right to ask for another doctor and is he able to also use his disability along with workcomp.

Get a lawyer...pay out of pocket if you have too. Comp's are not fair.
