Confused un fair fair

i was hurt on job site at the fair gronds and there try to make my husben sign a paper that i did not get hurt on the job they said that they will not hire him back if he dose not sign

Only sign what is true and correct.

If you were hurt on the job, you were hurt on the job. If they will not employ your husband for not signing a statement that states you did not hurt yourself there, they are opening themselves up to problems.

Don't sign and he can bring a suit against them because not allowing employment because of that is not legal.
