Default claiming off a club

I feel outside a local club and broke my shoulder. I am a member of the club and have been told that I cannt claim for personal injury from the club because I would actually be claiming off myself. Is this correct?

Default Re: claiming off a club

Did you fall on their property or on a public sidewalk? Please provide some more information.
