nanny hiring
Hello,
I am unsure if I should post under this section or another. I want to hire a nanny and I need to know if I install spy security cameras to watch her all day babysitting my kids and cleaning my house can she in return sue me for her being video taped? I live in Texas. Also I have a swimming pool, what if I hired a nanny/babysitter in my house and she brought her kids or other friends kids over to my house and she being the nanny responsible for them and one of the kids got hurt or drowned, inluding her own kid or someone elses kids. Can I get sued from any of the parents or her since it is my house? I want to hire a nanny but I am thinking if the worst was to happen before I did any hiring and am very nervous about all of this. Thanks |
