Default stuck with used needle

I was stuck with a used needle at my job. I work at an assisted living facility.I work int he kitchen and the needle was left on a table I was cleaning. A couple weeks later I found a needle on the floor in the same area.I had to have blood work done and it came back negative but I should be checked for the next five years. What if anything can I do?

Yes, your job should allow you to have regular testing, quarterly for the next couple of years, and they should pay or have the insurer do so.
