My birthdate print on birthcertifacte that is 17/04/1990
But my 10th,12th and any where i used my birthdate is 14/04/1990. I have court affidavit about my birthdate missprint on 14/04/1990 instead of 17/04/1990. Can i applyning for the passport on my birthdate 14/04/1990???? Please reply me.... I have court affidavit that i use every where my birthdae is 14/04/190 |

I wish to inform you that your affidavit is a statement by you that you were born on a particular date. In this you can either amend your 10th and 12th certificate by going to CBSE or ICSE or your state board from where you have done your examination and amend the details on certificate or you can have a court order declaring your birth date. You may contact your school for knowing procedure for amending your 10th and 12th certificate. Generally Passport office can raise objection because of difference in birth date
