I wish to inform you that you can have your birth certificate amended. If your local authorities refuses to amend then you can obtain court order and have your birth certificate amended. Alternatively you can present your class 10 mark sheet as evidence of date of birth. After 1990 birth certificate is generally mandatory but before that other documents can be given as evidence.

You can apply in the local self-government authority for correction in date of birth. It will take some time for the issuance of the amended certificate, but you can use the application details and receipt of the application for the purpose of document verification till you receive the original document.

You have to apply for modifications to your local Municipal Corp. office . You would be requiring an affidavit along with the signature of your parents (Best if both). If not parents go for your brother or sisters or the relative who may verify your birth date.
